Tauranga and Mount Maunganui are renowned for its beautiful weather and endless white beaches. The perfect setting for the 3rd international Capoeira & Latino festival. The energy will be overflowing when Capoeira takes to the streets of Tauranga CBD on the 12^th December, accompanied by Tauranga batucada, beautiful samba girls, Salsa dancers and capoeira acrobatics.

This year as part of the festival we will have a Brazilian drumming (Batucada) workshop with Phil from tauranga samba and a Salsa workshop with Dean from Bay Salsa.

This year marked the 20^th anniversary of Group Capoeira Brasil one of the largest and most recognized capoeira schools in the world , this is a great opportunity to learn capoeira from one of the worlds best masters . Mestre Paulinho sabia has over 30 years experience and has published many CD’s , instructional DVD’s and books and we are very lucky to have him here with us.
